Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Cyomi Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Cyomi Labs provides professional software development services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile application development
• Web application development
• Website development and design implementation
• Software consulting and technical advisory

Project Agreements

All development projects require a separate written agreement outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Project-specific terms supersede these general terms where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for a client project become the property of the client upon full payment. Cyomi Labs retains the right to use generic code libraries and tools in future projects.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typical terms include:

• Initial deposit required before work begins
• Milestone-based payments for larger projects
• Final payment due before project delivery

Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, software development services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Limitation of Liability

Cyomi Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and are willing to sign NDAs for sensitive projects. We will not disclose confidential information without client permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Terms for early termination, including payment for completed work, are outlined in individual project agreements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
